Berger Paints Pakistan took its sales team winners from all the business lines and support staff to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for the Berger Winner Sales Conference from 2nd to 5th March, 2018.
This conference was organized to discuss and appreciate the performance of the sales team over the period of June to December 2017, and to provide the plan to achieve targets for the next 6 months. The event started with recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by the Opening Note by Dr. Mehmood Ahmad MD. Then, department heads from all the businesses presented. On the second day, presentations continued and the Marketing Department also presented. The success stories by Allied, NR, VR and DECO were shared as well. The session concluded with an ending note by the COO. The 3rd day was fun filled. A city tour was arranged, followed by a visit to Sunway Lagoon theme park.
